Standard of Alkali Resistant Fiberglass Mesh

1. Introduced 14.5%~16.7% of zirconium dioxide and 6% of titanium dioxide in the glass composition, melted at 1600 °C, and made into continuous filament shape by platinum pulling, which is made into woven glass fiber. In the process, the monofilament is coated with a polymer water-soluble epoxy resin and a coupling agent to satisfy the affinity of the glass fiber mesh cloth with the alkali-resistant polymer in the post-treatment.

2. In order to further improve the safety and stability of Alkali Resistant Fiberglass Mesh, the styrene-butadiene rubber and pure acrylic emulsion are coated again after warp knitting into a gauze shape, and the glue is fully adhered by constant temperature constant-speed constant tension control technology. The anti-sliding strength of the mesh interface after coating is 3.5~4.5N.
