LiFePO4 Battery Technical Features:

In OptimumNano, al cell and battery packs are designed and produced according to the quality control system:"1-Principle", "3-Protection" and "8-Conformity" to make battery products with high safety, stability and reliability.

1-principle: Guarantee the cells' performance

3-protection:make sure the battery safety
Break protection: When the internal pressure inside cell reaches its limits, the gas release vent will turn around, the positive and negative welded plate shall break apart, the circuit inside shut down.

Anti-explosion protection:If air goes inside the cell or electrolyte injection over its standard quantity, or over charge& over discharge happens, then pressure inside the cell may reaches its limits, the gas relase vent shall be crackede, through which the aire can be quickly exhausted, and then the explosion can be avoided.

PTC protection:PTC is a heat sensitive device, which can be used to protect the battery pack from over current and over heat . When over current or over heat happens, the resitance of the PTC shall be rasied until it becomes the insulator. 
Then the whole circuit shuts down.
